1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "betproex", "we", "us", "our" refers to the betproex online gaming platform, operated by its international licence holder.
• "Platform" refers to the betproex website accessible at betproex.org, including all subpages, the mobile-optimised interface, and any associated software or services.
• "User", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the betproex Platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered betproex user account created upon successful completion of the registration process.
• "PKR" refers to Pakistani Rupee, the primary transactional currency of the betproex Platform for users in Pakistan.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bets, free spins, or reload bonuses credited to a betproex account as part of a promotional offer.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer verification — the identity and age verification process applied by betproex to all registered accounts.
• "Wagering Requirement" " refers to the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered before they become eligible for withdrawal from a betproex account.
• "Prohibited Conduct" refers to any activity outlined in Clause 10 of these Terms that betproex expressly forbids on the Platform.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the betproex Platform, creating a betproex Account, or placing any bet or wager through the Platform, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you are accessing the betproex Platform on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms, and references to "you" shall include that person. In practice, betproex does not permit shared or proxy accounts — each individual must register their own Account.

betproex reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version of the Terms in force at the date of any dispute shall apply to that dispute. Continued use of the Platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments.

3 Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain a betproex Account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. betproex enforces a strict minimum age policy and will conduct age verification on all accounts. Accounts found to be operated by persons under 21 will be closed immediately and any balance forfeited.
• You are accessing the betproex Platform as an individual user acting on your own behalf, and not as a commercial agent or on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law, and you take full responsibility for determining the legality of your participation in online gaming under the laws of your own jurisdiction.
• You do not currently hold a self-exclusion order with betproex or any other online gaming operator where such exclusion has been registered with betproex.
• You are not an employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of betproex, nor an immediate family member of any such person, for the purposes of participating in real-money gaming on the Platform.
• You have not previously had a betproex Account closed or suspended for breach of these Terms.

4 Account Registration

To access real-money gaming features on betproex, you must complete the registration process and create a betproex Account. The following conditions apply to the registration and maintenance of your Account:

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the point of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number.
• Only one betproex Account is permitted per individual. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. betproex uses technical and manual controls to detect duplicate accounts and will close all duplicate accounts upon detection, with any associated balances forfeited.
• You must complete betproex's KYC verification process before any withdrawal is processed. KYC documents may include a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport, or other government-issued photo identification, together with proof of address and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership.
• betproex reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle, including during the processing of withdrawal requests. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension.
• You are responsible for ensuring that all personal information held on your betproex Account remains accurate and up to date. Changes to personal information must be reported to betproex support promptly.

5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your betproex Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication details. The following obligations apply:

• You must not disclose your betproex login credentials to any third party under any circumstances.
• You must not allow any other person to access or use your betproex Account, regardless of your relationship with that person.
• You must notify betproex immediately if you suspect or become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account by contacting support at the email address listed in Clause 18.
• betproex is not liable for any losses suffered as a result of unauthorised use of your Account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login credentials.
• betproex recommends enabling two-factor authentication on your Account and using a unique, strong password not used on any other platform or service.

6 Deposits & Payments

betproex accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following approved payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. The following conditions govern all deposits to your betproex Account:

• All funds deposited to your betproex Account must originate from a payment source owned and registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in Account suspension and return of funds to the source.
• betproex does not charge fees on deposits made via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or SadaPay. Bank transfer fees levied by HBL or UBL are the responsibility of the depositing party.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply to each payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit in your betproex Account cashier. These limits are subject to change at betproex's discretion with reasonable notice.
• betproex processes PKR deposits instantly for JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and SadaPay. Bank transfers may require up to one business day to reflect in your betproex Account balance, depending on inter-bank processing times.
• betproex reserves the right to decline any deposit at its sole discretion, including where fraud or money laundering is suspected. In such cases, funds will be returned to the originating payment source.
• Deposits of funds derived from illegal activities constitute a criminal offence and will be reported to the relevant authorities. All deposit transactions are monitored for anti-money laundering compliance.

7 Withdrawals

Withdrawal of funds from your betproex Account is subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name. betproex does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Full KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. betproex may request additional verification documents in connection with specific withdrawal requests, particularly those involving large amounts.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where operationally possible. betproex reserves the right to apply alternative withdrawal routes where the original deposit method does not support withdrawals.
• Withdrawal requests submitted by verified betproex Accounts targeting JazzCash or EasyPaisa are processed within the same business day where the request is submitted before the daily processing cut-off time, which is displayed in the Account cashier.
• betproex reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending the outcome of any fraud, AML, or security investigation relating to the Account in question. You will be notified of any such hold.
• Withdrawal fees, where applicable, are disclosed in the betproex cashier at the point of withdrawal request submission.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

betproex offers various promotional bonuses to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published with each individual promotion:

• Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the promotion's specific terms and conditions.
• betproex reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice, except where a player has already commenced wagering in reliance on the bonus.
• One welcome bonus per household, per device, and per IP address. Evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses — will result in forfeiture of all bonus balances and permanent account closure.
• Where a player makes a withdrawal prior to completing the wagering requirement on active Bonus Funds, betproex reserves the right to deduct the outstanding Bonus Funds and any associated winnings from the withdrawal amount.
• Certain games may contribute at a reduced rate or zero rate towards the wagering requirement on Bonus Funds. Contribution rates by game category are listed in the promotion's specific terms.
• betproex reserves the right to correct any bonus crediting error at any time, including recovering bonus amounts credited in error from a player's Account balance.

9 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the betproex Platform are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any game-specific rules applicable to the individual game, sport, or market selected:

• Bets placed are final once confirmed. betproex does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in circumstances where the Platform has published an error in odds or game information prior to bet settlement.
• betproex reserves the right to void any bet or wager where it is determined that the bet was placed in error, at incorrect odds, or in circumstances where the outcome was already known at the time of placement.
• Sportsbook odds on betproex are subject to change up to the point at which a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the moment your bet confirmation is processed are the odds that apply to your wager.
• In-play betting markets on cricket, PSL, UFC, and other live events may be suspended at betproex's discretion during periods of technical difficulty, unusual market activity, or pending official event results.
• Maximum bet limits apply to all markets and games on the betproex Platform and are displayed at the point of bet placement. betproex reserves the right to apply individual account-level bet limits where patterns of betting are identified that pose an unacceptable risk to the Platform's integrity.
• All casino game outcomes on betproex are determined by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) software. betproex does not manipulate game outcomes and all RNG systems are subject to independent audit.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the betproex Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Account balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Multi-accounting: Creating, operating, or benefiting from more than one betproex Account, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration, during KYC verification, or at any other point of interaction with betproex.
• Bonus abuse: Any systematic exploitation of betproex promotional offers, including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or strategies designed specifically to extract Bonus Funds without genuine recreational play intent.
• Automated betting: Use of bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to place bets, navigate the Platform, or interact with betproex games on your behalf.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share hole cards in poker, or otherwise undermine the integrity of any betproex game or betting market.
• Money laundering: Depositing, wagering, or withdrawing funds derived from unlawful activity. betproex maintains full AML compliance procedures and will report suspicious transactions to the relevant financial intelligence units.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal through your bank or payment provider for funds deposited to your betproex Account. Any confirmed chargeback will result in immediate Account suspension and recovery proceedings.
• Software exploitation: Deliberately exploiting bugs, errors, or glitches in the betproex Platform software to obtain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through software exploitation will be voided and the Account closed.

11 Intellectual Property

All content published on the betproex Platform — including but not limited to the betproex brand name and logo, website design, user interface elements, game graphics, text, promotional materials, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of betproex or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the betproex Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, or commercially exploit any betproex content without express written permission.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any betproex software or game engine.
• Use betproex trademarks, brand name, or logo in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without prior written consent from betproex.

Any unauthorised use of betproex intellectual property will result in immediate Account closure and may result in legal action.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, betproex's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the betproex Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of deposits made to your Account in the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

betproex shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect, arising from your use of or inability to use the betproex Platform.
• Service interruptions caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, telecommunications network issues, or events beyond betproex's reasonable control.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information published on the betproex Platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate, where betproex has taken reasonable steps to ensure accuracy.
• Any taxation liability arising from winnings earned on the betproex Platform. You are solely responsible for declaring and paying any applicable taxes on gaming winnings in your jurisdiction.

Nothing in these Terms excludes betproex's liability for death or personal injury caused by betproex's negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13 Privacy & Data Protection

betproex collects, processes, and stores personal data about registered users in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference.

By registering a betproex Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for the purposes of account administration, KYC verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, AML compliance, customer support, and the delivery of promotional communications where you have opted in to receive them.

betproex does not sell your personal data to third parties for commercial marketing purposes. Data sharing is limited to payment processors, KYC verification providers, regulatory bodies, and law enforcement authorities where legally required.

14 Responsible Gaming

betproex is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming provisions form a binding part of these Terms and Conditions:

• All betproex Account holders aged 21 and above may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account at any time via the Account settings panel. Reductions to deposit limits take effect immediately.
• Players may request a cooling-off period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days during which their Account will be inaccessible for gaming purposes.
• Players who wish to cease using the betproex Platform for an extended period may request self-exclusion for a minimum period of 6 months. Self-exclusion requests are actioned immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• betproex will not knowingly accept deposits from or permit gaming activity by any player who has an active self-exclusion in place.

15 Account Closure & Termination

Either you or betproex may close or terminate your betproex Account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Closure by you: You may request closure of your betproex Account at any time by contacting the betproex support team. Any remaining real-money balance (net of outstanding bonus obligations) will be returned to your verified withdrawal method within a reasonable period following the closure request.
• Closure by betproex: betproex reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred, including but not limited to fraud, AML violations, multi-accounting, or abuse of promotional offers.
• Where betproex closes an Account for breach of these Terms, any Account balance may be forfeited in full, including both real-money and Bonus Fund balances, where the breach involved fraudulent or dishonest conduct.
• Following Account closure, betproex retains the right to maintain transaction records and personal data for the periods required by applicable law and our regulatory obligations, as described in the Privacy Policy.

16 Amendments to These Terms

betproex reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, betproex will provide notice through one or more of the following channels: a notice displayed on the betproex Platform upon login, an email to the registered address on your Account, or a prominent announcement on the betproex homepage.

The amended Terms will take effect on the date of publication unless a later effective date is stated. Your continued use of the betproex Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 15.

17 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which betproex holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any dispute as to their formation, validity, or enforceability — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, to which betproex and you irrevocably submit.

Prior to commencing any formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact betproex in good faith and provide a reasonable opportunity to resolve the dispute informally. betproex will acknowledge all formal written complaints within five (5) business days and endeavour to resolve them within thirty (30) business days of receipt.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending the resolution of a dispute.
